The firm was established on the 23 rd of November 2005 by Mr. Sabastine Chidi Nwakwuoke its founder and Managing Partner. He is a Graduate of Estate Management and a Registered Surveyor & Valuer, and has recently bagged a Masters Degree in Project Management from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.

As a new emerging firm, our strong client-driven vision to excel in the field of Estate Surveying and valuation is being anchored on the wide range expertise and experience gain by our Managing Partner and a team of Consultants spanning over 13 years in the Estate Surveying Firms of Ckuku Ude & Partners (where he served for 3 years) and Omosigho, Omorodion & Partners where he meritoriously served for 9 years and rose to the position of Branch Manager Lagos Office.
